The first capturing group of the parser regex was stopping form the moment it would find a `[` character.

Fixed incorrect handling of single quotes in SQL-Strings escaped by repeated single-quote (DBAL-1205)

Demonstrates that NULL parameters are handled incorrectly by the sql parser utils as of 2.3.4
