This reverts commit 5a46f577.

[DBAL-555] replace a bunch of occurances of $diff->name and $diff->newName with quoted identifier version.

Using user_col_comments in the INNER JOIN when referencing all_tab_columns causes no results to be returned.

- Added line breaks before return statements

Change Oracle sequence generation to match what is being created by ORM and other platforms in the form of $table_$column_SQL instead of $table_SEQ
