Add getGuidExpression() to PostgreSqlPlatform so that UUID support
works properly

This reverts commit 0b6a6aef.

Fixed a PHP warning in DBALException::driverExceptionDuringQuery() when a parameter contains binary data.

    Connection#insert(),  Connection#update() and Connection#delete(). Closes GH-271
